WHAT IS A CO-OPERATIVE MOTOR GROUP HEALTH CHECK?
The Co-operative Motor Group Health Check is a great way to enjoy the peace of mind knowing you’re prepared for the journey ahead.

Our trained technicians will check the most important factors in keeping your car on the move. It could even save you time and money by identifying potential problems before they become more serious.
Why do we complete a Visual Health Check?
Whilst your vehicle is in our care, we have a responsibility to draw your attention to the
condition of your car safety critical items, regardless of what your car is booked in for.
We use a Co-operative Motor Group Vehicle Health Check report to do this.
A tick in the “red” column tells you that the item needs immediate attention– it may be something that makes your car potentially dangerous. In such circumstances we will contact you with the associated costs of replacement and seek your
permission to proceed with a repair.
If we have ticked the “Advise” column we are bringing to your attention an item that will require inspection and/or replacement in the near future, we will discuss the individual item with you and either seek your permission to proceed or diarize for a further inspection in the coming weeks or months ahead.
If we have ticked the “green” column, we consider that at the point of inspection, the item does not require further attention or replacement.
We want to help you make informed decisions.
As we present the facts, we will also provide you with information and measurements to make an informed decision. Naturally, you are under no obligation to proceed with any repair. All we ask is that you confirm the work has been identified to you.
