A pair of Yorkshire car dealerships have been rewarded after meeting the highest levels of customer service.

The Peugeot dealership in Keighley and Renault dealership in Bradford, both part of The Co-operative Motor Group, have been commended for their dedication to customer service and helping people find the right new and used cars.

Staff at the Bradford showroom have undoubtedly been giving their business customers exactly what they’re looking for. As part of a national competition involving Renault Pro+ car dealerships in July, employees at the

Thornton Road
business in Bradford stormed to the top of a monthly sales leaderboard, selling twice as many cars as the second-placed dealership. For outperforming a total of 23 other Renault branches. Debbie Dankowcyz, business centre manager at the dealership, said: “For us to win by such a margin is testament to the hard work of our staff and how they interact with local businesses in helping them find the right Renault vehicle, at the right price, for their needs.”

“We’re very proud of our Pro+ business centre and customers can be sure they’ll be dealing with expert staff at all stages.”

Staff are also celebrating over at The Co-operative Motor Group’s Peugeot dealership in Keighley. Always striving to provide the highest levels of customer service, the business became a member of the West Yorkshire Motor Trade Partnership in an effort to push standards even higher and promote fair and honest practices.

The Keighley dealership has now won an Excellent Customer Service award from the partnership in recognition of its dedication to customer service over the past year.

Graham Hebblethwaite, chief officer of West Yorkshire Trading Standards Service, said “I would like to congratulate The Co-operative Motor Group, Peugeot, Keighley on continuing to meet consumers ever increasing needs when it comes to customer service. They are a great example of what the partnership is all about”.
