The Renault Global Award was introduced to reward those dealers that either provide the best customer service or have made the biggest improvements.
For 2009, the Award continued to recognise those dealers who had delivered excellence in terms of both sales and aftersales customer satisfaction, and The Co-operative Motor Group site in Blackpool have just been informed that this highly sought-after accolade has been awarded to them.
